Terms and Conditions of Sale

Prices and Tax Prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling (GBP) and include tax. Sales are made through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who will apply any applicable VAT or sales tax and carry out any necessary currency conversion. Prices after currency conversion may differ from those displayed, and also from those in the Mac App Store.

Updates Updates are included in the initial price. When you buy a product directly from us, you should receive an email notification whenever an update to that product is released. Please contact us if you find that this has not happened.

Scope Your purchase grants you the right to download, install, and use the software product you have purchased on any number of computers that you own or control. You will receive a download link after purchase. If the link stops working for any reason, please contact us with your order details and ask us to reactivate it.

Defects and Returns Because we do not use online licence tracking and so cannot deactivate your product after sale, all sales are final and non-refundable. For this reason we advise you to test the demo before making a purchase. However, if you experience any technical problem with either the product or the download when buying from us, we would very much like to fix it: please contact us with details.

Limitations As far as jurisdictions allow, in no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use of or inability to use any software provided by us, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
